The main room has a beautiful oak table and chairs, a microwave and cart for food storage, 2 benches to put up your feet as you lounge on the love seat. There is a bookshelf and storage container as well as a nice shelving unit with cutlery, dishes, glasses, mugs etc. There is a decent size storage area off the sitting area. The laundry room is also in the basement where there is a standup freezer to share with owner, washer/dryer, a shelf to hang your jackets and boots/ shoes. *** Please note this is for a FEMALE ONLY. There is a half bathroom on the main floor and the full washroom is upstairs, that you need to share with 2 teenage boys. The kitchen is fully equipped and must also share. There is also half a garage space with lots of shelving for an extra 200.00 a month (optional) or free street parking out front. The utilities and Shaw are 1/4 of total bill. There is still a fair amount of room to bring in some of your own items. The backyard has a barbecue, deck, fire pit area. Steam cleaned & painted.
