Laundry room with energy efficient washer and dryer. Covered patio in the back. Private backyard. Central AC. Heat is oil, baseboard. EV Charging station. Utilities paid by tenants: oil, electricity, water, trash removal. Landlord pays lawn maintenance and fall clean-up, septic clean-up, annual beach community fees. Renters insurance is required. Non-refundable $350/pet fee applies, if applicable. No smoking inside the house. There is no garage. Beach rights to one of Candlewood Lakes best white sand beaches. Lifeguards on duty from May till September. Community boat launch and slots for storing canoes. Complimentary Saturday night bands and movies all summer long. Credit history (excellent credit is required) and background verification check ($50 non-refundable fee) is required.
