To your left the large closet space stores lots of coats and jackets as well as housing a convenient laundry closet large enough to easily accomodate full sized machines can be rented for an additional $35 per month. The kitchen is open to the Living Room in a large U Shape with easy access to the private deck, great for getting to the grill easily. The kitchen has a gas stove and a dishwasher, with lots of counter and cabinet space. The master bedroom is spacious with two closets and an en suite bath. There are two additional bedrooms, medium sized both with good closet space, flanking the full bath. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Gas heat, replacement windows all around. W/D in unit for an additional $75/mo rental fee. One additional pet may be considered for an additional $50 per month.
