We are looking for a resident who will stay long-term and make the house a home for themselves. Pay $0 security deposit to save on upfront costs. Once approved, residents have the option to pay a traditional security deposit of $2,800 or elect a $0 security deposit policy. (A zero security deposit policy costs on average $52 per month.) Pets: We do accept pets weighing 30 lbs. or less and a maximum of 2 pets (max. pet weight 40 lbs.). No more than 1 cat is allowed and the cat must be neutered or spayed. We cannot accept aggressive breeds or a history of biting. There is an additional monthly pet fee of $30 for one pet or $50 for two pets. There is a one-time Lease Admin Fee of $200. Residents will be responsible for their own utilities, lawn care and for maintenance up to $35. A Resident Benefits Package is required with every lease agreement. These benefits provide residents with an enhanced living experience which includes renter’s insurance, credit reporting to boost your credit score, and much more. An additional $45 per month will be charged with your rent for the Resident Benefits Package.
