Update: Please read full description. We will have 3 PRIVATE rooms available August 1, 2025. All leases go to July 31, 2026. We had 8 openings and now we only have these 3 in the same unit 879. We are not BYU approved but do have some similar rules. You do not need to be a student to live here in fact we have several working professionals in addition to students. We are looking for responsible, kind, and clean tenants. 🌟Private Furnished Rooms 🌟Washer and Dryer in Unit (not coin) 🌟Free Parking (Private off street assigned) 🌟Large Kitchen 🌟2 Fridges 🌟Ceiling Fans 🌟Internet Access The home is a 4 level split and that provides private space. They are furnished, the rooms have a dresser and twin bed. You would share a full size bathroom with just one other person. The kitchen is on the larger side and has a good amount of cupboard space. The in unit laundry room is also furnished with a washer and dryer (not coin operated), there is some extra storage space there as well. Deposit is $450. Rent is only $500! (great price for a PRIVATE room!) There is an automatic charge of $55 in addition to rent that needs to accompany your rent to go towards utilities. Also, if you pay before the 1st of each month then you will get an additional $10 off! Making rent and utilities only $545 instead of $555 if you pay early. There is a non refundable $20 application fee to be turned in with your application. No smoking, drinking, drugs, pets, etc. No over night guests are permitted. We do have a tenant who just got married and needs to sell the remainder of her contract so if you are looking for sooner than August 1st let me know she has lowered her rent to $370 Just a reminder that her contract will end July 31, 2025 and is available asap! As mentioned we are looking for responsible, kind, clean tenants, the current tenants are women who currently live there would love that in a roommate too.
