Please note, this property is located in an HOA that does have restrictions regarding parking of RV's, trailers, boats, snowmobiles and utility vehicles. A copy of the community regulations can be provided to any applicant. Tenant responsible for all utilities and landscape maintenance. Regular hot tub servicing covered by the property owner. One year initial lease term. Pets considered on a case by case basis with owner approval and additional deposit.
