This property is under new management, and while we can not stand watch over the gates we are constantly keeping an eye on them. Since taking over management I have and always will do my best to handle any tenant concerns and or complaints to the best of my ability. I honestly do my best to make everyone as happy as I can. This is a GREAT place to live and I would recommend it to even my family. We have an account with pest control and have been very successful in ridding every unit that has had a problem in the past. I take my job VERY seriously and want the best for EVERYONE!

This place is without a doubt the worst Place I have ever lived. It is a small gated complex with about 40 units but it seems as though I see someone I don't recognize every day. This is because people prop the gate open and let anybody in. Also, we were told by the manager that parking was assigned and that it is $50 extra for another spot. After living here for a while I realized that I had been played. We found out that another tenant was allowed to park in any vacant spot without having to pay for it, and on several occasions the guy was in my spot! The management here is terrible to say the least. Nothing ever gets fixed in a timely fashion (if at all) and any time you do put in a maintenance ticket you have to argue your case on why it should be fixed or the manager will brush it off and say, "Oh, well that happens in everyone's unit." Really? So it's okay that my drain is clogged the day I move in, that the gate to my patio drags on the ground, that my light switch doesn't seem to turn on any light, that my dishwasher doesn't freaking clean dishes, that my hot water heater is sporadic with the temp, that my central air only pumps into one room, and that my windows and doors aren't weather stripped properly allowing bugs in and the windows to shake anytime a car drives by? These are all things that we have been trying to get fixed since we moved into the new unit about a year ago and all we keep getting is excuses of why it’s okay. I don't even have to mention the neighbors, when we toured the property we were told that she would not allow any excessive partying in the complex and that she takes noise complaints seriously... LIE!!! She does nothing about excessively loud noise or partying, in fact it seems as though she is afraid to say anything at all. Not only does she not do anything about noise but every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 am sharp there will be landscaping right outside your window running the leaf blower and weed whacker. It's a shame that I got used to that. ( Your screwed if you work graveyard BTW, they will not change the scheduling.) I can go on and on about everything that is wrong with these apartments but I don't have time to talk about everything, but I feel that it is important that I mention this... BUGS! Crickets, spiders, pincher bugs, flies and worst of all ROACHES!!! The place is infested! We were so frustrated because no matter how clean we kept our house we would find both dead and live roaches behind our appliances and our drawers. We called the manager and told her about the problem and she had an exterminator come out and spray the place (they won’t fumigate... too expensive) and the bugs were gone, but that was a short lived two weeks. When they came back they seem to have come back with a vengeance because now we were finding them in places we never had. It was bad enough laying on the couch and see a cricket hopping along the ground, or finding a spider in your son’s room next to his toys, and the occasional two to three cockroaches every time you turn on the kitchen light but the last straw is when I found two dead roaches. One in the fork drawer with what looked like 20 hatched eggs next to the carcass and one in my sons bottle. We can't take it anymore! Yes the rent is low but you get what you pay for and are expected to live with it. I would not recommend this place to anybody, unless you enjoy being miserable! P.S. I rated them one star because I have to give at least one star, if it were up to me they would be in the negatives. Yes it was THAT bad, there isn't one exaggeration in my entire review.
