The fully fenced spacious backyard is another great perk with a storage shed and access to the long driveway for off street parking. Amenities included: (should be applicable in most rentals, add appropriate amenities if not already listed) - central heat and air conditioning (window units) - dishwasher - washer and dryer in building - storage available in basement area (shared with other tenant) - gas range - Utilities included: water, sewer, and trash - Pet friendly. We do require a $250 pet deposit. Date Available: 9/19/23 $1550/month rent. $1550 security deposit and pet deposit (if applicable) required upon signing lease to secure property/ end advertising of property. We receive a-lot of inquiries about our properties and they tend to rent fast. If the listing is up - it is still available.
