Welcome to 8700 Neier Lane! This quaint Affton abode has plenty to offer with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a charming living room. The updated kitchen has a generous amount of cabinet storage, solid surface counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The addition is a relaxing space with tons of natural light! The basement offers more living space, a half bath and storage space. The fully fenced spacious backyard is another great perk with a storage shed and access to the long driveway for off street parking. Amenities included: (should be applicable in most rentals, add appropriate amenities if not already listed) - central heat and air conditioning (window units) - dishwasher - washer and dryer in building - storage available in basement area (shared with other tenant) - gas range - Utilities included: water, sewer, and trash - Pet friendly. We do require a $250 pet deposit. Date Available: 9/19/23 $1550/month rent. $1550 security deposit and pet deposit (if applicable) required upon signing lease to secure property/ end advertising of property. We receive a-lot of inquiries about our properties and they tend to rent fast. If the listing is up - it is still available. Employment and Income Verification - You will be asked to provide your current employer information to verify income and employment. Credit, Background, and Eviction Screening Reports - The application process does include these reports which are covered by the application fee of $55.
