Includes appliances: fridge, stove, and dishwasher. No washer or dryer inside the unit. The building has 2 coin-operated laundry rooms. It has electric heating with baseboards. Owner will provide a portable air-conditioner and put it into the unit if you want. You have a reserved parking spot which is secure behind a locked gate, it is located outside. The building also has a gym. As an incentive I can put a TV in the unit and mount it on the wall for you. Rent is $2000 per month plus utilities. You need to open your account for BC Hydro and your internet provider of choice. Unit is wired for TELUS Fibre and Shaw. It is in a great location, an easy 10 minute walk to to, Lansdowne mall, T&T, and Lansdowne Skytrain station and bus stop. It is an 8 minute walk to Kwantlen University.
