Many hikes and outdoor activites nearby (skiing, kayaking, rockclimbing) nearby. Hudson is 35 mins. away. $2200/mo. Tenant pays all utilities. Can do a reduction in rent in exchange for garden/yardwork/maintenance. Preference is for no pets (there is no fencing between our property and adjoining neighbors) but might consider a really well-behaved dog. No smoking allowed. Home is ideal for 1 or 2 persons. Less than 2 hours from NYC by car. Bus available between Kingston and NYC.
