This is a large 3 bedroom fully furnished apartment, located near downtown in Bangor's Historic District. This apartment is in a clean quiet 4-unit building. Conveniently located near downtown and close to hospitals and the park. Heat, hot water and sewer included, as well as WIFI. This is a 1st floor apartment. There are 3 rooms with a spacious hallway: the Living Room has a 50" tv with cable- the Rose Room (sitting room) features a non-working fireplace and mantle- the Dining Room has a pantry and a hutch- the Kitchen has an Advantium Oven, electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, granite countertops, coffeemaker, toaster oven, InstaPot, and plenty of dinnerware and cooking utensils- the private laundry room has a washer and dryer and serves as a mud room and additional storage- the bathroom has Carrara marble tub/shower surround and floor- Bedroom 1 (Master) has a queen size bed with two dressers- Bedroom 2 has a queen futon and desk, to be used as a bedroom or study- Bedroom 3 has a full size bed with dresser- all bedrooms have a closet- there is a long large hallway and common area on both ends with a coat closet in the front of the hallway, and a linen closet in the back hallway. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Rent is $2,250/month, with a $1,250 refundable security deposit.
