OPEN HOUSE APRIL 1, 12-5 PM This Sleepy Ridge townhome is near the golf course, Frontrunner Orem Station and Utah Valley University. The main floor has an open kitchen with granite countertops and an island with space for bar stools, tons of cabinets for storage and a large pantry. The appliances are stainless steel and include a flat surface stove, built-in over-range microwave, large 3 door refrigerator (3 drawer freezer on bottom) with filtered water dispenser and ice maker and of course a dishwasher. The dining area off the kitchen opens up to the back patio area which is fenced and private with a concrete patio for furniture and a bbq. Not many units in this neighborhood have fenced areas and make this home a rare find. Within the same fenced area off the back patio there is is an area set up for a small garden including automated drip watering or can be removed. You are welcome to grow your own garden or plants (or not) and make it your own little oasis however you see fit.
