This is luxury waterfront living with convenience, views, and an unbeatable location. MOVE-IN FUNDS: First month's rent plus any fees, a security deposit equal to 1.5x the rent and a one time lease preparation fee of $150. We have an option available for a 3rd party service to make your security deposit for you, and you may make payments to them. Please see the application for more information. A $50 non-refundable application fee is due when you apply. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must make a minimum 2.5x the monthly rent amount in gross income. They charge $150 per application and have a 15 day approval process. There is a 3 pet max with no dogs above 30lbs. There is also a 6 person per unit maximum. INCLUDED: Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the home. Water, electricity and trash are the tenant's responsibility. No lawn care is needed. Washer/dryer present. PARKING: There is one assigned parking space and multiple guest spots, subject to availability. RESIDENT BENEFIT PACKAGE: This property is professionally managed by Providence Property Management. All PPM residents are enrolled in a Resident Benefits Package for $60/month that will be due monthly with your rent.
