Pets permitted on a case-by-case basis. Max 2 pets. Each pet requires non-refundable $300 fee prior to move-in. All service and support animals permitted by law with appropriate paperwork provided. UTILITIES: Tenant responsible for electric, propane gas (furnace), internet, lawn care and professional trash pick-up.
