Neighborhood amenities include a pool, park, community center and security service. Excellent location in southwest Bakersfield within walking distance to Cal State University Bakersfield and the Marketplace shopping center. Pets considered with each pet there would be a $50 increase in monthly rent and additional deposit of $250. We do not accept the Zillow application. DRE# 01810009
