It is a 10 minute walk to the UMB campus and a 10-15 minute drive to Federal Hill, Peabody, Fells Point. The place is shared with 4 other students/young professionals who are very quiet/respectful. Amenities - In Unit Washer/Dryer - Central AC/Heating - Newly Renovated Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Living Area - Furnished Shared Spaces - Mix of Carpet, Tile and Hardwood Flooring - Open Floor-plan with lots of Natural Light - Security Cameras on Front and Back of House. Rent includes free Xfinity Wifi. Water and electricity are split equally amongst tenants. No pets please. Reach out with your basic info to schedule a viewing appointment today!
