This home is a private unit located in a 2 unit duplex, with your own private entrance. It is fully furnished and ready for move-in. All utilities, Wi-Fi, and lawn care are included in the monthly rate. The bedroom has a king size bed and will be adding a desk. The kitchen and dining area has a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances and kitchen tools to prepare a home-cooked meal. Free parking in two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Ample, free street parking is also available. Fenced-in back yard with seating area and water feature. All pets are welcome, up to 2 pets. No weight or breed restrictions. There is a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet as well as a refundable deposit of $300 due at move-in. The deposit does not change based on number of pets. A full size washer and dryer is located in the utility room on the side of the home. Please reach out to us with any questions. We are happy to be flexible on move-in date, lease terms (1-12 months) and work with you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We look forward to speaking with you! Minimum 1 month stay.
