To qualify for this building, applicants combined annual gross (before tax) household income must fall in the following ranges: Housing Income Limits: 1 bed - $67,500 to $131,950 2 bed - $83,700 to 191,910 3 bed - $102,276 to $191,910 Monthly Rent Ranges: 1 bed - $1875 to $1950 2 Bed - $2325 to $2500 3 Bed - $2841 to $3025 Proof of income and assets will be required at time of application, as well landlord verifications and reference checks. All applications will be reviewed for acceptance by the Housing Committee.
