The house is located on a quiet residential street, steps from Broadview station (access to 504, 505 streetcars and tons of buses for you public transit fans). Two grocery stores within walking distance, lots of great restaurants, bars and shops on the Danforth. Shared bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer en-suite. Big back garden that is dying for some green thumbs with a bbq on the porch. Living room has tons of books, a working fireplace, TV and sound system. I have two rooms on the second floor, and a basement unit with a private entrance available. Basement with separate entrance $1000 + utilities and internet (50-75 a month), apartment can come furnished or not, depending on need. Off street parking is available. I am in my late 20's, working professional. I keep a pretty standard 9-5 schedule, like to entertain sometimes (dinner and wine - occasional party if we all agree). I have a super sweet old man cat, and he gets protective about his space around other animals, so not looking for any other pets at the moment, but negotiable.
