Two bedroom, one bathroom walk out apartment for rent, with an open concept kitchen & living room area. Includes separate entrance with an owner furnished full size washer & dryer in the unit. With a full kitchen - stove/oven, microwave & refrigerator and off-street parking. This 1300 square foot apartment has a lot of natural sunlight, with a nice living room and bedroom spaces, to include an extra large closet in the larger bedroom and an additional storage area under the stairs. I would consider a six months lease for this space, although I would prefer a one years lease term. The deposit is $2,100.00 per month, the same as one months rent. I may consider one small pet, as this space is below the main house, where I currently reside with my small dog. Please contact me if you would like to schedule a tour.
