Built in 2018 this home is sure to please. It's two stories with a finished basement. Nice finishes, spacious, tall ceilings, very comfortable. 4 of the bedrooms are upstairs so it would be easy to keep family together but two of the bedrooms are in the basement in case you had someone that wanted to feel more on their own. The master bedroom has a nice ensuite bathroom and a good sized walk in closet. The kitchen can be accessed directly from the 2 car garage so you won't get wet bringing in groceries on a rainy day. The slider accesses a south facing concrete patio that would be great for some outdoor furniture. What's even better is you only have neighbors directly to the east and west. No one is directly behind you. It really is a great setup. Message for a showing today! Tenant will put electricity and gas in their name.
