The move-in date must be within two weeks of application approval, and the processing time for applications can take up to 5 business days. Qualification Criteria: Credit Score: A minimum of 650 is required. Background: Must have a clear background check. Rental History: Positive rental history is required. Income Ratios: Rent-to-income ratio must be less than 30% and debt-to-income ratio less than 40%. Fees and Costs: Application Fee: Please note the application fee is non-refundable.
