Your own private fenced backyard with low-maintenance turf, a concrete patio and an outdoor dining set with umbrella, plus a covered front porch. Plenty of street parking. Half a mile to Trader Joe's and the S-Line streetcar, under a mile to Whole Foods and the 2100 South restaurants and shops, about a mile to Sugar House Park and Liberty Park. About 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to University of Utah Hospital and Primary Children's, 20 minutes to the airport, 40 minutes to Park City and the Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Rent is $2,400 a month plus a flat $275 a month utilities and internet package (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash and high-speed internet), so one payment of $2,675 covers everything. 12-month lease preferred.
