This place is pretty good I would definitely give it a chance if I were you when I was first looking at this apartment complex to move in looking at a lot of the reviews and the pictures especially of like the dumpsters being overflowed it was a little bit worrisome to me but since I've moved in I have not noticed anything bad dumpsters are never overflowed they seem to genuinely take care of the place. Small little things that a lot of other apartment complexes wouldn't even take care of they do such as they replace the concrete underneath where the dumpster lies because it was a little bit messed up they also hired a whole team of contractors to trim the trees behind all the apartment complexes they seem to actually pay attention and maintenance is usually not going to take forever to get something done. They keep the pool clean they take care of what needs to be done it's definitely night and Day from the last place I lived at.
