This rate does not apply to September 2025 - May 2026 rental. This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals. STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3-4 vehicles. Garage is not included, but owner will consider. Pet Policy: Dogs negotiable pending approval with a limit of 2 animals per booking. Fees apply. Prohibited: Students, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. Owner will consider well trained, house broken dogs with associated fees and deposit. DESCRIPTION: This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single family home is located on the desirable southern end of Wrightsville Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. Public sound access is just a few steps from your front door, which makes launching kayaks and paddle boards a breeze, and the beach access is a block away. This property is truly the best of both worlds! Upon entering the home, you are instantly welcomed with cheerful décor that boasts neutral sea tones and an open floor plan! The living area has a large comfy sectional and flat screen smart TV. There is a large kitchen table that can expand if desired and bar seating that leads you into the beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops. A large chefs pantry for storing groceries gives you all the storage necessary to make wonderful meals in the convenience of your own home.
