To get here, you actually drive through the golf course. Beyond the back yard the golf course is what you see. And what a home to come home to! Relax in the hot tub, then have a dip in the pool. Cook on a gas / propane cooktop for full control of the heat. There is an island to spread out and prep your food. The kids are within earshot, playing in the fenced back yard. Check out the pix for a lovely play set! The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and pool room. Upstairs there is a large open room, possibly an office or playroom. Across the hall is the generously sized master suite, with walk in closet and carefully appointed bathroom. Comes with all appliances: refrigerator, propane stovetop, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. One extra long attached garage. Pool and hot tub are professionally maintained, but will require some care on your part. Application fee is $51 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings to live on, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
