The home has an open living, dining, kitchenette area with two full bathrooms and the potential for two bedrooms. There is a master bedroom and bathroom combination on one side which has a sliding door that opens into the private yard, and a sunroom on the other side that overlooks the pool and has the potential to use as a second bedroom with a separate bathroom. The saltwater swimming pool is private to only the renters in the two homes on this property. It is enclosed in a brick wall for extra privacy with a large paved area for outdoor furniture, as well as an outdoor porch that overlooks the pool. On the other side of the house there is a large, private fenced in yard with a shed in back. Note: the pool reopens in spring. It is private access, only shared by the other unit also for rent. Security Deposit amount determined by the owner. For each pet, there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
