Sweet 2 bedroom, 1 bath country cottage located in the heart of the Two Rock Valley. The cottage is part of a large working ranch. The home features newer paint, two nice size bedrooms with ample built-in storage, a sweet sunroom for an office or art studio, a small front deck, and a private yard. Semi-weatherproof storage is available in a separate barn. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent, tenant pays all other utilities. Please watch our video of the home and submit a pre-qualify information through the "contact us" and tell us more about yourself on our website to be invited to a showing. Please do not submit an application until you view the interior of the home. Please only drive by the property, do not go onto the property as the gates are closed. The cottage is on well and septic and includes a small yard that requires general maintenance. The tenant does not have access to other areas on the ranch or fields. There is parking for one car only. Due to water and septic limitations on the property, only two people can live in the home. Sorry, no pets or co-signers. Applications are first-come, first-served, and we require all applicants to view the property personally. We require good credit (700), excellent rental references, and income verification of 3x of the gross rental amount.
