Sliding glass doors to the first floor back balcony have premium powered blinds and overlooks the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Reserve. Second floor has a guest bedroom with private bathroom and two closets, and the master bedroom with a private bathroom plus two large closets. There is also a utility room with washer & dryer and a linen closet on the second floor. The ground floor has a large garage with internal storage room, and a screened in patio in the back. One small dog under 25 lbs will be considered with non-refundable fee, but no aggressive breeds allowed. This is a no smoking and no vaporizing property – no exceptions! Warning: Landlord will file eviction for smoking or vaping in the unit. $3495 Security deposit and $3495 first month rent due in full to sign lease. Lease term is 12 months. We reserve the right to additionally require a last month rent. Rent includes water and trash, lawn care, plus access to the community pool.
