This is a great location, just minutes from lots of shopping, attractions and only about 15 minutes from the beach. This condo is available for immediate occupancy. Amount due at signing will be first month’s rent and a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent. This location does not allow pets of any kind, and the HOA is very strict.
