Each floor offers two common balconies and spacious hallways. Outside, the Olympiad offers a private park with grilling areas and garden beds for resident use. Pets are welcome! We have designed the building with features for our furry friends, including an indoor pet wash with a groomer's dryer and a wooded, fenced-in play area. We allow up to 2 pets per unit, only one of which can be a dog (no breed or weight restrictions!). There is a monthly pet fee of $25 and $500 refundable pet security deposit.
