Winter Rental Available: October 1, 2024- May 31, 2025- Utilities Included This spacious home boasts a lovely landscaped in-ground pool in a private, fenced-in yard. In the center of charming Rockport, the home is only two blocks from Old Garden Beach and Rockport harbor. A short stroll takes you to Bearskin Neck and its shops, restaurants, and galleries. The main floor of the house consists of a huge eat-in kitchen, a large, tiled dining room/conservatory with cathedral ceiling, and a spacious living room. Both the dining room and the living room have sliders that lead to the deck and pool, making the space perfect for entertaining. The lower level of the house has an additional full bath with a shower as well as a washer dryer. The second floor has two bedrooms and two baths. The large primary queen bedroom has a French door leading to a balcony overlooking the pool and there is also an ensuite full bath with a shower. The other bedroom on the second floor is a king with an ensuite full bath with both a tub and shower (this bath can also be accessed from the hall). The third floor consists of two more bedrooms; one with a full bed and the other with two twins. Poolside is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Parking for up to three cars in the driveway. Dogs welcome! Utilities included. First, last, & security due at signing. No smoking. No events or parties.
