A finished basement recreation room is perfect for kids or guests to unwind and play. Spend your days at the track, just a 15-minute walk or a quick Uber ride away, then return home to enjoy time in the private, fenced-in backyard. Fire up the grill, gather around the firepit and relax by the peaceful water fountain. When the heat rises, cool off with a refreshing dip in the sparkling in-ground pool at the HOA clubhouse--perfect for enjoying the season. Great neighborhood for summer strolls. Pets will be considered with a $250 pet deposit. Note: July and August are rented; Belmont weekend only.
