This property is located in the picturesque Hudson Valley town of Kerhonkson within walking distance of numerous picturesque hiking trails, 10 minutes to Mohonk Preserve, and 20 minutes to New Paltz. There are many grocery stores, restaurants, cafés and other shopping outlets close by. The house comes furnished and is available immediately. A yearlong lease is desired but leases of a shorter term will be entertained. The landlord pays for snow removal and landscaping. The tenant is responsible for heating, electric, water, sewer, garbage and cable (if desired). A security deposit, background/credit check and references are required.
