Applicants must have high credit scores and a good rental history. Application fee is $100. Security Deposit is $1,775. Minimum lease term is 12 months. A single pet is allowed with certain conditions. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 will be charged up front, in addition to $30/month for the pet.
