Great West Pasco Location with 2 car garage and RV parking - This home will be move in ready mid May. Upon entry you are greeted with the first living area with a bay style pop out and lots of windows. There is a coat closet and shoe storage in the entry way. The laundry room comes with a washer and dryer included in the rent and is the pass through access from the two car garage. From the formal entry living you flow through into the kitchen which has a glass door panty area, ample counter space and cabinet storage, all kitchen appliances included, and a peninsula with bar seating. The kitchen over looks the second living area which could also be used as the dining area. There is a built in large dog, dog door next to the slider door going into the fully fenced back yard with a covered patio, gardening beds lining the back fence, stepping stones leading to a gravel area with a storage shed, and ample grass area around the other side. There are under ground sprinklers so watering is a breeze. Off the kitchen area is the hallway to the bedrooms. The two main bed rooms are to the right with a linen closet in between and the common full bath is first on the left with the master suite at the end of the hallway. The master suite is ample size with built in closet shelving and is separate from the en suite. The en suite has a full size shower and one sink vanity with a frosted glass door.! There is no carpet in the house. All rooms have hard flooring either wood or linoleum. Pets are possible upon owner approval with additional rent and/or fees. This home is only available through Real Property Management.
