Three bedroom, one and a half bathroom long-term rental home on a half acre lot with fenced-in backyard. Available August 9. This home features hardwood flooring throughout the home, as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen features a microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove and oven. This home has lots of charm, and it has central heating and cooling. The backyard features a deck, and there is a beehive on the property. The primary bedroom has an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. No utilities included. We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly. We will consider 2 pet(s) under 35lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee of $500.
