Also on the first floor is the master bedroom and bathroom, which features the same dark hardwood floors and a spacious walk-in closet. There is a conveniently located half bathroom and laundry room off of the kitchen as well. Up the stairs is a large loft area, which overlooks the living/dining room below, perfect for a second living room, play area, or office space. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are also located on the second floor. Other features of the home include a huge basement with tall ceilings for ample storage space, an attached garage off the laundry room, central AC, and a backyard with a beautiful view of the community pond. The house is located in the Lincoln Consolidated School District. Tenants are responsible for all utilities plus lawn care and snow removal. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants).
