Property Id: 2401131 Single occupancy room for rent in our South Downey family home. Location is close to freeways, public transit, Vallarta Market, Starbucks and Apollo Park. Nice home on a Cul de sac street. Yours is the middle bedroom, with the homeowner, my 93-year-old mother, on one right side of the room, and the linen closet on the left side of the room. The shared bathroom is located down the hall that you would share with myself, who is in the third bedroom, and my daughter who is in the family room which is across the house next to the kitchen. Your room gets good light, has hardwood floors, a long slider window, a closet with ample space, and a ceiling fan. Shared areas are the hall bathroom, the kitchen, the living room, the garage, and the backyard, which has rose bushes, and a large fruit tree. We also have a beautiful patio filled with plants and seating right off the living room via a sliding glass door. We are low key people, keep a clean, organized home, and avoid drama; we would appreciate the same kind of person to share our space. Respect and consideration are the key factors to living here. We cannot live with people who are heavy drinkers, drug users and fight with friends and spouses. We are ok with overnight guests, but they must be approved in advance, and a single pet may be considered; however, we already have 5 cats and 1 dog already. We will not consider couples. There are weekly trash pick-up and street sweeping on Thursdays, so you may park in the driveway on Wednesday evening to avoid receiving a parking citation, if need be; otherwise, there is plenty of street parking. Not responsible for overnight guests of tenant who park on the street on Thursdays. WE ARE ONLY SEEKING FEMALE APPLICANTS AT THIS TIME FOR SAFETY PURPOSES. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. Please be mindful not to let the pets outside! This is a very big deal to us.
