About 7800 Pembroke Ave
Three bedroom, 2.5 bath home with POOL for $2800! There are two separate living areas, huge backyard with beautiful landscaping and large RV parking area. Lots of updates including luxury vinyl plank flooring, totally remodeled kitchen and lots of different textures on the walls and ceilings. Gardener and pool service are included. Pets considered with each pet there would be a $50 increase in monthly rent and additional deposit of $250. We do not accept the Zillow application. DRE# 01810009
