Hi! We are Robert and Susan, and are renting out the bottom apartment in our home. We are quiet, respectful, conscientious, and clean, and are looking for someone who wants the same in a home. No need to worry about the random neighbor lottery like in other apartments. About the space: It’s freshly renovated, has a huge basement for storage, and the home is in a great Boise location. Application fee is $55 per person and includes background check, work history, rental history, credit check, etc. We’ll be looking for at least 2.5x rent to income ratio, and 650+ credit score.
