This home is updated, bright and airy throughout. The living room features a fireplace but unfortunately it is non-operable. The cozy eat-in kitchen is equipped with updated appliances which include a free standing oven range combination, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The primary bedroom and guest bedroom are located at the back of the home. The bath features a shower over tub. A laundry area is located adjacent to the kitchen and provides access to the backyard. A washer and dryer are in place, these are offered without warranty and owner request all maintenance, including repairs, be the responsibility of the tenants. The age of machines is approximately 5 yrs. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout except in the bath. The heating source for this home is gas floor furnace located in the hall. The fully fenced yard features low maintenance landscaping, the owners provide twice a year gardening service to keep the landscaping in check. Between visits the tenant is responsible to keep the weeds pulled as well as keeping the walkway and porch free of debris. Tenants pay water, trash service, Pacific Gas and Electric, and any other services contracted for by the tenant. On street parking available on a first come first serve basis.
