Property Status: Active This is a second floor 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo with den located in the gated community of Lake Vista Residences in the heart of Lakewood Ranch! The building has a beautiful lobby and elevator. The unit features a foyer with vaulted ceilings and an open split floor plan with a combined dining and living room leading to a private screened rear patio overlooking the preserve. The kitchen offers ample space, with an island and breakfast bar, granite counter tops, black appliances, a tile backsplash, and a closet pantry. The large master suite boasts tray ceilings and sliding door access to the balcony. The master bathroom features a large vanity with dual sinks, walk-in shower, a soaking tub and his and her walk-in closets. There is an addtional spare bedroom and a spare bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a den and a guest half bathroom located near the entrance of the condo. The large finished laundry room includes upper cabinets for extra storage and a built-in counter and sink. This unit also includes a reserved parking space and extra storage. Pickup trucks longer than 17 ½ feet long are not permitted to park in the parking garage. Lake Vista residences include a clubhouse with a fitness center, a resort-style pool and spa, and a grill area by the pool. It is located close to Lakewood Ranch Hospital and within minutes from Main Street Lakewood Ranch which has lots of activities, restaurants, shops, a theater and put-put golf course. Please allow up to 2 weeks after lease signing for community approval before move-in. We score every application.
