Both long- or short-term stays, and multi-month discounts are available. In Season Rate (December – April): $6,000 per month with 3-month minimum plus taxes (12%) and fees. Feb and March if booked separately for 1 month at rate of $7,500 per month plus taxes (12%). Off-Season Rate (May-November): $3,500 per month plus taxes and fees with 3-month minimum stay. If booking 1-month rate is $4,000 per month plus taxes and fee. Available for 6-month or annual lease (no taxes, tenant pays electric). Fees include $350 exit cleaning fee. Pet fee if applicable of $300. Booking Fee of $150. Esplanade charges an application fee of $100 and $250 per person for membership transfer.
