Esplanade Golf & Country Club is a resort-style social community with a Full-time activities director that has a calendar of events, Resort level Concierge Services, spa and wellness packages for onsite massages, manicures, pedicures, facials and more. State of the Art Fitness Center with movement studio, outdoor spaces for yoga classes, locker rooms, Towel service, find a player services to set you up with a golf, tennis, pickleball or bocce ball partner or instructor. Don't forget your furry friends with pet programs- two dog parks they get pampered too. Prime location within the community as a satellite pool is located right in front of your driveway and equipped with BBQ and bathrooms. Inside the condo the kitchen, complete with granite counters, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and towering ceilings! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine out on the screened in lanai. Master Suite features king size bed, 2 large walk-in closets, en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has King bed that converts into two twin beds. Plenty of room for guest in the den as well with queen sleeper sofa bed. In-unit laundry room and one car garage with driveway. Located in the heart of Lakewood Ranch, just minutes from I-75, shopping, dining, some of the world's most beautiful beaches, Lakewood Ranch Main Street, Waterside Place and the amazing University Town Center Mall. Both long- or short-term stays, and multi-month discounts are available. In Season Rate (December – April): $7,500 per month with 3-month minimum plus taxes (13%) and fees. Off-Season Rate (May-November): $3,500 per month plus taxes and fees with 3-month minimum stay (Utilities Not Included). If booking 1-month the Off-Season rate is $4,000 per month plus taxes and fee (Utilities Included). Fees include $350 exit cleaning fee. Pet fee if applicable of $300 per pet. Booking Fee of $150. Esplanade charges an application fee of $100 and $250 per person for membership transfer. If the application is turned in less than 14-day prior to check-in, Esplanade charges a $500 rush fee.
