This property features a fenced backyard, a full kitchen, washer/dryer hookups, a dining room & living room. This unit offers vinyl plank throughout the home. The kitchen features an electric stove and oven, double sinks, and a side-by-side refrigerator. The pantry offers wooden built-in shelving and ample cabinet space in the kitchen. The living room has sliding glass doors that reach the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The back bedroom leads to the laundry/utility room that offers washer/dryer hookups. Lawncare and pest control are included in the rental price. All other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly. We will consider 2 pets {under 100 lbs}. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet. Animals must be at least one year of age.
