Beautiful, cheerful, completely furnished and fully equipped small one-bedroom backyard apartment in newly-built backyard cottage for rent. The property is located in the 9th and 9th area, just a block away from the shops and restaurants and only ten minutes away from the university, downtown and the hospitals. Please see photos. The flat consists of a main room with living room and kitchen combined, a bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom. The kitchen has a quartz countertop and is completely outfitted with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The backyard cottage is brand new. It is small but super cute and you will have great, friendly neighbours! It has a high-efficiency furnace and air conditioning. It comes with wireless internet, a new (shared) washer and dryer set, sheets and towels, and so forth. All you need are your own clothes. No smokers, please. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, quiet, tidy, courteous and civil tenant and neighbour, for that is how we are. The property is very tastefully furnished and well-appointed. We are looking for someone who will treat the property with care and respect as if it were his/her own. $1385 monthly rent plus $185 for all utilities plus $25 for fiber internet. $1385 deposit of which $285 is non-refundable.
