Property Id: 2329874 This cozy, cute little cabin is next to the Stillwater River in the forest. The many windows provide great views of wildlife, forest, river, and nature. The cabin shares 21 acres with another unit that is within sight but good separation for privacy for both. This is a furished unit with one king and one queen bed. The king is in the downstairs, while the loft, with treetop views, has a queen bed. A full sized washer and dryer are in the unit, electric heating. Front and back porches provide great spaces to enjoy the outdoors. There are bears, fox, elk, deer, turkeys, fish in the river, and even a tortus who wanders around. Your friendly and controlled dogs and cats are welcome. The well serves both units, and was dug in 2025. A water treatment and water purifcation system has been newly installed for each unit. The filter changes are the tenants responsiblity as part of the utilities. There is a 1500 gallon septic tank specific for this unit. Yard maintanence is the tenant’s respionsibility, but the needed tools are on property. Each room has views of the outdoors, all windows and sliders have screens for cross currents during the warm spring and summer days. Being far from light pollution is a bonus for stargazers. This serene environment offers a place of peace and beauty, with pleanty of forest and river to explore. There are numerous hiking, cross-country skiing, lake, river sports, and biking trails nearby. Whitefish is 11 miles away with easy access to Big Mountain for year round sports. Tally Lake is down the road. Kalispell is apporximately 25 minutes away. Potential renters should have a credit score of at least 600 and will have a background check done before a contract is considered.
