Bonjour! Je pars en voyage et je voudrais sous-louer ma chambre sur le plateau. L'appart comprend 3 chambres (deux étudiantes à Condordia) , salon, salle à manger, cuisine, ultra-méga-huge salle de bain et deux balcons, un donnant sur Gilford et l'autre est agrémenté de jolies vignes qui s'étendent jusqu'au mur de brique, la terrasse est très tranquille (en arrière d'une église). L'appartement se trouve sur Gilford, à 1 minute à pied de la sortie du métro, si ce n'est pas 30 secondes. Le bail se termine le 30 juin, mais il y a toujours la possibilité de reprendre le bail rendu au mois de juin. La chambre est très cool et comprend une immense garde robe qui fait toute la largeur du mur. J'aimerais bien y laisser mon lit, moins compliqué lors du déménagement, pour pas très cher. Près du parc Laurier, de la SAQ, des pharmacies, boulangerie le fromentier, etc, etc, etc. Très beau quartier et à 5 minutes du métro mont-royal. Sous-location pour mai et juin, possibilité de reprendre le bail ensuite merci! ___________________________________________________________________ Hello! The apartment has 3 bedrooms (two students at Concordia), lounge, dining room, kitchen, ultra-mega-huge bathroom and two balconies, one facing Gilford and the other is decorated with beautiful vines that stretch up brick wall, the terrace is very quiet (in back of a church). The apartment is located on Gilford, 1 minute walk to the subway exit, if not 30 seconds. The lease ends on 30 June, but there is always the possibility to take over the lease visited June. The room is very cool and has a huge wardrobe that makes the width of the wall. I'd like to leave my bed less complicated during the move, real cheap. Near Laurier Park, the SAQ, pharmacies, bakeries the Fromentier, etc, etc, etc. Beautiful area and 5 minutes from Mont-Royal metro. Sublet for May and June, possibility to take over the lease then thank you!
