The complex is 2 story and the unit is 2nd floor with Ocean, Ocean Horizon and Sunset View, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath with 9' + cathedral ceiling open out to Lanai for sunset viewing and Turn Key with assigned 2 car stalls. SeaRidge Club House has a large in ground pool with spa, fitness center and BBQ grills for enjoyment. Monthly rent $3200.00+4.712%GE Tax(Max.4 people) includes outside maintenance, common area facility usage, water and trash. Damage to exterior, interior and personal property is lessee's responsibility. Natural wear and tear is lessor's responsibility. We do screening and you need to pay $45.00 non refundable screen fee. You can contact me via email, text or call. P.S. I purchased and installed a new washer and dryer as shown in the picture. Old ones are replaced new ones. Also all 3 window air conditionings and 2 bath room lights are replaced.
