Free concerts on the bay every Friday night during the summer. -5 min drive to Ocean City & Longport beaches. Could ride bikes to the beach as well. -walking distance to the OC bridge to go for a run or bike ride -along the bike path which spans throughout several towns- great for exercise. -walking distance to hospital, great for doctors & nurses -tons to do in town, everything walkable: (library, museum, marinas to rent boats, great restaurants, etc). -Ocean City boardwalk short drive (4 miles).
